Your registration fee includes four days of technical sessions, all program materials, lunch and breaks, as well as a poster session and networking receptions. It also includes the IASH Awards Dinner. Membership in the International Association for Stability, Handling and Use of Liquid Fuels for the years 2022 - 2023 and access to the conference proceedings in the online IASH Library are also included.
Cancellation Policy Requests for refunds or cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected]. 100% refunds will be granted if requested in writing by 26 August 2022. If you need to cancel your registration after 26 August, you will receive a 50% refund.
Substitution Policy Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the attendee who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to [email protected]. Please note, the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type.
Conference Safety Procedures IASH, and all conference attendees, will comply with any and all Covid related travel and social interaction policies and/or mandates which are in place by the country of Germany, the city of Dresden and any hotel protocols at the time of the conference.
