I'm working with a Navy team that is trying to get a handle on the use of co-processed diesel fuels. In the DoD, hydroperocessed and synthetic fuels are by definition, "drop-in" replacements and are generally not specified in the refiner specification test sheets.

Does anyone have any information pertaining to predominant co-processed diesel fuel users in the commercial fuel community?
