IASH invites you to showcase your organization’s expertise, products and services at the IASH 2026 Conference being held at the Pierre Baudis Congress Center in Toulouse France.

As an IASH 2026 Sponsor or Exhibitor, your organization will have the unique opportunity to be a part of the world’s foremost international conference related to aspects which encompass the full life cycle related to the stability, handling and use of liquid fuels; including refining, production, transportation, storage, stability and laboratory analysis. IASH 2026 is the only conference which provides visibility and networking opportunities with leading authorities from industrial, governmental, and academic organizations involved in the fuels industry and use. You will have the opportunity to attend the technical sessions during the conference, and network with attendees during several receptions, including the Technical Poster Session, and during breaks. Your sponsorship dollars will be used by IASH to directly support conference needs, including costs such as the audio/visual rental, room rental fees, and the conference mobile app.

This year we are offering an early bird sponsorship rate if you sign up and pay in full by Friday, 15 May 2026.  After this date, the rates will increase to the regular rate.
